Visual merchandising, from planning to the shop floor.
Since 2009, I have designed and set up retail spaces: commercial calendar, build-up, store layout and VM teams.

At IKEA, from 2015 to 2022, I worked at three levels: in store as a visual merchandiser, at head office supporting 4 rebuilds, then as VM Manager. Here is what I did, mission by mission.
In a few numbers.
Since 2009
Designing and setting up retail spaces.
1 store opening
A full department under my responsibility.
4 rebuilds
At IKEA France head office, supporting the stores.
Up to 8
Visual merchandisers in my team in Nantes.
Bringing the commercial calendar to life.
Every season, a new story to tell in store.
Entrance podiums, activity and vitality areas: I turn key commercial moments into displays that bring the range to life, from planning to set-up.

Build-ups and rebuilds.
A plan only has value once it is on the shop floor.
Build-ups of whole departments and support for the Thiais and Toulon rebuilds: detailed planning, then set-up with as little disruption to customers as possible.

The store layout as a sales tool.
The customer journey decides what people see.
Layouts in 2D and 3D, price and quality ladder, store media: I plan the layout to give a clear overview and support commercial priorities.

Leading a VM team.
A great display starts with a team that knows how to keep it right.
VM Manager in Nantes, then across 2 stores in Hauts-de-France: hiring, skills development, successful audits and a redesign of part of the Nantes market hall.

Before IKEA, shop design.
From 3D to the building site, for other brands.
Between 2009 and 2013, at Sadeco, a shop-fitting design office, I led store design projects (food service, fashion, sport), from the 3D concept to site supervision.

“As Expansion Visual Merchandiser Leader she was responsible to deliver the Markethall project in IKEA Toulon back in 2016. I was then Visual Merchandiser Manager for the store and I find Tiffany as a great leader with her humble personality and straightforward way of working. She is easy to communicate with and listen to input and are open to discuss and exchange ideas. The project was well delivered even if there was some challenging times to times but with her knowledge she solved most of them. Tiffany is a loyal person, take ownership and Responsibility. I’m forever thankful for her support and expertise.”
Let’s talk about your stores.
I am looking for a visual merchandising role in the Netherlands, in store or at head office. If your team is preparing a new season, a rebuild or a store opening, I would love to talk.
